I never got the item I saw in the advertisement. The image of the hat I wanted looked nothing like what showed up at my door. They sent me a different product instead. I was really let down, but I decided to keep the cap they sent me since I didn't want to go through the trouble of returning it and dealing with the refund mess. Aside from this issue, the other items I've gotten from this company have matched what I ordered.

I've now bought three of these doo rags. The quality is fantastic, and I appreciate that they're made in the USA. I do wish the tail at the back was a tad longer, though. If that were the case, I'd rate it a solid 5 instead of a 4. As you can see, I'm still a fan and would definitely recommend them!

It took forever for my order to arrive, and while it looked kinda like what I wanted, it definitely wasn’t the same as what I picked out from the site.

These hats are of fantastic quality and priced just right. They were packed well for delivery and showed up in perfect condition, just like I hoped. Communication was top-notch.

I'm really not happy with this company overall. There are two main reasons for my disappointment. First off, I ordered a couple of caps I was excited about for summer and work, and everything seemed to be going smoothly until it hit a major bump. I placed my order at the beginning of June, and I was informed by USPS that it reached Chicago, Illinois on June 8th, 2021. Fast forward to now, it's July 22, 2021, and customer service tells me there's nothing they can do because it's a Canadian Customs problem. I haven't heard from anyone about needing to pay any duties. No one can give me a clue about where my package is. The most frustrating part is that I've asked the company how long I should wait before I request a refund or a guaranteed replacement, and they just leave me hanging. Secondly, I find it pretty awful customer service to expect the buyer to track down their own shipment or to not provide a clear answer on what steps to take next. So, my advice? Think twice before buying from them again unless they step up their game.
